I have a question for a lawyer but I didn't know where to sumbit.

I have a five her old son with a woman that I use to live with. We broke up three years ago and since then have had joint custody- she is official the parental parent and I have secondary custody.

For the last few weeks she has threatned to move- with child- to Louisiana. At the moment we live in North Carolina. Our parental agreement says that neither of us can move more than 50 miles away. Louisiana is her native state-and her parents are there- that is the reason she wants to go back. She has no job opportunity- and intially would be living with her parents.

Again these are just threats at this moment, she hasn't given me a date. It is something that comes up when she needs a favor; "Well if you can't leave work and pick up early than i am just going to move back to Louisiana-" that type of thing. My question is- can she just go? If she told me on- like a Wednesday- that she would be leaving on Saturday- what could I do to stop it?

Any advice you can give would be great
