I have been manipulated, abused verbally and emotionally, had a virtual character assasination, ac

cused over and over again of being the abuser, blamed blamed blamed, eventually I grew some balls and left the relationship and it still continues now, trying to see my children, always on her terms, twisting what I say around so I think I've gone crazy, acusing me of power over, cry victim to the police over nothing, cry wolf, defamation, slander, when she has ALL the power, using the kids to get her own way, and I daren't so much as complain, because if we do then the court will just say there you abuser, she can have full custody and you get to have access at the weekends and be grateful.
The system is stacked against us, Oh I wish to have a reasonable conversation with a reasonable person about sharing and loving our wonderful children. In your dreams Ashley, forget it.
you know one thing I always wanted to hear was, Ash you're a great dad, your doing such a wonderful job, the girls love you so much.......... I said it to her, hoping hoping, did I ever hear it? no.
I am a father, that's what I want to be, I feel for every dad who is being blocked by a partner, and every child who is witnessing the abuse and the control. They are just learning how to treat men. OH and I do understand that this is just my story and that there are many abusive and physically violent men out there. I am anti violence of any kind.

Much needed information! I once wrote an article on domestic violence against men. Researching and finding resources was very frustrating until I came across Marc Angelucci.

I'll never forget how shocked I was by the statistics. And the fact that men basically have no where to turn. This is a subject that needs as much attention as possible.
